… well, the answer is easy: it`s our Darjeeling Green Tea! It has a delicate flavour and is very light in colour. Drinking this tea is like taking a nice, soothing bath! The taste of this very popular tea is mild and refreshing, with a flavourful edge of tannin.
…it would be definitely our First Flush! “Flush” refers to the freshly picked leaves. A First Flush is harvested annually from February until the end of April/beginning of May. It is also sometimes called “Easter Flush”. The leaves are tender and light green. It is a black tea and characterized by a light body and a beautiful flowery flavour.
… it undoubtedly has to be our Second Flush. You will love the balanced, mellow taste and its golden-amber colour! It has a good body and is stronger in taste than First Flush. Its leaves are plucked from early June until mid-July during the so-called summer-harvest. The intensity of the summer-sun is reflected in the flavour of this black tea.
… then you should perhaps try our Selected Darjeeling. It´s a blend of carefully selected leaves from different harvests (First Flush, Second Flush and the smaller harvests in between). It has a medium body and the flavour is similar to First Flush, but it is darker in colour.
